Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information on our servers. We retain only:

  • Stripe customer ID (for managing your purchases)
  • Transaction amounts and dates
  • Purchase type (single, pack, or subscription)

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address (used for regional pricing and analytics)

  • Pages visited and features used

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

4. AI Processing

Your resume and job description data are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) for analysis and optimization. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We use API-level access, which means your data is not used by these providers to train their models.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Row-level security policies on all database tables
  • Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and analysis history for as long as your account is active. Generated resumes include a 24-hour download window, after which the download links expire (though the data remains in your account history).

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

  • Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Anthropic / OpenAI / Google AI — Resume analysis and optimization
  • Vercel — Application hosting

  • Request deletion of your account and data
